How does our school ensure that the information about a child’s SEN or EHC plan is shared and understood by teachers and all relevant staff who come into contact with that child?

Through our PLP process all teachers and support staff are made aware of individual students’ special educational needs and strategies that enable staff to differentiate appropriately for students.

The Academy’s Senco and partner agencies provide support and advice to Academy staff when appropriate including informing staff of specialised assessments and reviews.
