How will our school involve young people with SEN in their education?

We have an active SEND student voice who meets with our SEN governor as well as playing an active role in the recruitment of learning support staff.

Through our PLP process our students’ voice is heard by all teaching staff, particularly with identifying their difficulties and effective strategies for staff to deploy to support their progress.  Students are invited to all SEND meetings so that they have an active voice and review their support and interventions.
