Be not afraid of greatness. Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.

G15: Statement of Vision
G15 is a partnership of all secondary schools and academies in Gloucester City linking with Gloucestershire College and the Milestone Special School and is driven by a clear vision.
Vision
G15, through partnership working and the pooling of our collective expertise, will drive up standards of educational achievement and attainment across Gloucester's secondary schools and academies. It will tackle under-performance but will also champion the many educational success stories within the City.
Our vision is underpinned by a clear set of beliefs. We believe that...
- That every child's achievement matters.
- In an ambitious future for Gloucester City.
- In preparing our young people for that future.
- In our collective responsibility for every child's achievement.
- That Gloucester City's secondary schools are best placed to impact on achievement, focusing on standards, not structures.
- That robust competition, innovation and rigorous collaboration are all needed to drive up standards.
- That our ambitious plans for raising standards should pay due regard to the Local Authority's Children and Young Peoples' Service plan.
- That in achieving our ambitious aims we should do no harm to any other schools.
